What is  PennyLord all about?

Pennylord is a new  innovative approach to the concept of an auction. Pennylord is indeed an auction but with slight differences from other auction sites in that we allow users to raise the current bid by a penny.This is not a normal auction because at Pennylord for a small membership fee you can win a brand new item for just pennies as your final auction price.

How effective is Pennylord and what does this mean to our customers?

In order to prevent users from quickly increasing the prices, we charge a small membership fee for each bid placed. By charging this fee, we are able to provide our customers with the best prices found anywhere and keep your costs down.

So, if you thought you could get great bargains at other auctions then Pennylord will blow your mind.

How to bid?

In order to place a bid, just click the "Bid" button. 

How much do I have to pay for the product if I won the auction?

You pay the final bid (pennies), not the retail price.

Are the products new?

They are all brand new products shipped to you along with the manufacturer's warranty. 

If I win an auction, do I also have to pay for shipping?

No, we will take care of the delivery. 

How can I be sure I was the last bidder?

You can see the last bidder's name when you are logged in. 

What does the "24h" icon by the product mean?

It means that the auction for the product does not close at 00:00 o'clock. It will be running until it's sold. 

What happens after I win an auction?

We will contact you by e-mail and give you further instructions. 

I have bought credits but it has not shown up in my account.

Contact Pennylord support department. 

I have registered an account but I haven't received a confirmation e-mail.

Check your Spam directory and if it's not there, please contact our Support department. 

What happens if I make a bid one second before midnight? Am I going to be the winner automatically?

No, the auction will continue at 10:30 in the morning. 

How can I know the auction has ended?

It will be over if there are no more bidders for the product, it will display an END sign and the winner will see a "Congratulations" notification. 

Do the credits expire?

No, you can place bids any day, the credits don’t expire.

How can I cancel my account?

You can contact us with your request to close your account (e-mail to info@pennylord.com). Then we will close your account. Or you can just be an inactive member, meaning you remain registered but don't participate in auctions. We don't charge any fees for just being a registered member.
