Pennylord is a new  innovative approach to the concept of an auction. Pennylord is indeed an auction but with slight differences from other auction sites in that we allow users to raise the current bid by a penny. This is not a normal auction because at Pennylord for a small membership fee you can win a brand new item for just pennies as your final auction price.

How effective is Pennylord and what does this mean to our customers?

In order to prevent users from quickly increasing the prices, we charge a small membership fee for each bid placed. By charging this fee, we are able to provide our customers with the best prices found anywhere and keep your costs down.

Q and A

When can I start and what do I have to do to take part in the auctions?
You can start RIGHT AWAY! Just register an account for free. Activate your account via the confirmation link sent to you by email.

How it works:
Each bid raises a price of an item by 1 penny. In order to make a bid of 1 penny, the bidder pays a membership fee of $1 or less (depending on the package or credit bought) up front for each bid. (Membership fee is later referred to as a credit).

How to bid?
In order to place a bid, just click the "Bid" button.

How much do I have to pay for the product if I won the auction?
You only have to pay the final bid, not the retail price. The final price will be also sent to you by e-mail.

Are the products used or new?
They are all brand new products shipped to you with the manufacturer's warranty.

If I win an auction, do I also have to pay for shipping?
No, we will take care of the shipping with no additional charges.

What does the "24h" icon by the product mean?
It means that the auction for the product does not close until it's sold.

What does it mean "This auction will start at 11:00 am?
It means the auction will become active at 11:00 am CST.

What happens after I win an auction?
We will contact you by e-mail.

I have bought credits but it has not shown up in my account.

I have registered and  haven't received a confirmation.
Check your Spam. Register again. If still no email, please contact us at info@pennylord.com.

How do I know the auction has ended?
It will be over if there are no more bidders for the product, it will display an END sign.

Why is the countdown not working?
It may be because the page is not fully loaded. Try to refresh (Ctrl +F5).

If I pay for 20 credits, do I have to use them all in the same day?
No, you can place bids any day you like until you run out. The credits don't expire.
